Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role for Skilled Laborers.  Laborers will assist in onsite construction operations including earthwork, drainage, paving, forming, and structure construction.  This role is located on the assigned project and will report directly to a Foreman or Superintendent depending on the project.  

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications:

• Assist team as needed.  Ability to understand, process, and execute directions as given.
• Operate small equipment as needed.
• Assist with preventative maintenance on equipment. 
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
• Bilingual (preferred).
• Valid drivers license (preferred).
• Ability to work outdoors, in changing weather conditions, while performing heavy physical activity.
