Iowa Ln

Texas Department of Transportation / $1.2M / 5 Months

This project on Iowa Ln in Manvel, TX, involved the demolition of an existing road and bridge, followed by the reconstruction of both while elevating the existing grade.

  • On track to complete ahead of schedule, including a shortened closure of the existing canal and railroad coordination.
  • Work included 2,122 SY of embankment & subgrade, installation of 90 LF of 10 FT x 8 FT RCB, construction of two 11 FT tall wingwalls, and 300 tons of asphalt paving.

BS 36J

Texas Department of Transportation / $2.3M / 15 Months

BS 36J is a sidewalk rehabilitation project in Brenham, TX extending from US 290 to Downtown Brenham for approximately 1.7 miles.

  • Executed across various segments with minimal disruption to the traveling public, all while remaining on schedule for timely completion.
  • Work included demolishing existing sidewalk & driveways, installing new sidewalk  (2,732 SY), driveways (3,218 SY), & sidewalk with retaining walls (1,691 SY), installing curb & gutter (4,970 LF), asphalt paving (542 Tons), and electrical work.

Woodtrace Blvd Construction

Montgomery County / $6.2M / 12 Months

Construction of the new Woodtrace Blvd section between Highland Blvd and FM 2978 has been awarded and is slated to begin in May 2026.

  • Over 12 months, this project will see construction of approximately a 2 miles road and 700 FT long bridge.
  • Key scopes of work include 52,000 CY of excavation and embankment, 37,120 SY of 9 inch concrete paving, installation of 2,786 LF of girders, and paving a 21,000 SF bridge deck.
